Mediacom Expands Lawsuit Against Iowa City

Mediacom has expanded a lawsuit against Iowa City to claim that the conspired with local network operator InOm "to allow ImOn to build out its cable infrastructure in violation of franchise laws," and that ImOn wrongfully "interfered with Mediacom's franchise agreement with the city."
The suit is similar to one brought by Cox Communications against Tempe, which struck a deal with Google Fiber, according to DSLReports.
