DoubleClick's Performics this week introduced a revamped version of its FeedLab feed management technology at the Search Engine Strategies Conference in New York. The technology, which assists
online publishers in making the data on their sites more intelligible and attractive to other sites--from Macys.com to, say, Shopping.com--has been updated and improved, said Stuart Frankel, senior
vice president of DoubleClick and general manager of Performics. "Publishers are relying on data feeds more and more to drive traffic to their sites," said Frankel, "and with the new
technology available, we're now offering the next generation of our service to boost sites' optimization and reduce the time it takes to do so."
