Cox Breaks Image Campaign

Cox Communications, the Atlanta-based broadband and cable provider, is defining its brand image with a new advertising campaign that introduces the tagline, "Your Friend in the Digital Age." The campaign, which centers on demonstrations of broadband’s advantages to consumers, is airing locally on Cox Communications cable systems and some local broadcast media. Developed with Doner Advertising, the campaign was shaped by extensive consumer research processes. According to Cox, focus groups confirmed that customers know Cox is capable of delivering the high-tech services that they want and that they count on Cox's people to make it easy.
