MSN Extends Logitech Deal

  • March 10, 2005
MSN announced Wednesday that it would extend a partnership with Hanover, Germany-based Logitech, which the company will use to launch a video instant-messaging service that will allow MSN Messenger users to communicate with friends and families via video and audio feeds. The extended deal aims to improve the Webcam service that Logitech and MSN already provide, with a streamlined interface, one-click audio and video setup (before, users had to set up audio and Webcams separately), and synchronized audio and video feeds.
