A California state judge gave the green light to Apple Computer's effort to subpoena information from an e-mail provider that could lead to discovery of the names of individuals who allegedly leaked
trade secrets about the company that later appeared on several blogs. The Electronic Freedom Forum--which argued Apple didn't have the right to subpoena the information--is expected to appeal.
