Gawker Media CEO Nick Denton is expected to file for personal bankruptcy today, in order to protect his assets from Hulk Hogan. The former wrestler recently won a $140 million judgment against Gawker and Denton for invasion of privacy. It later emerged that PayPal founder Peter Thiel bankrolled Hogan's lawsuit.
This whole thing sounds like a college ethics assignment: "Write an essay describing a situation where not one person involved deserves even the slightest feeling of sympathy."
