MaxWorldwide Completes DoubleClick Buy

MaxWorldwide, formerly L90, has completed the acquisition of DoubleClick Inc.'s North American media business. As reported earlier, L90 acquired the DoubleClick business for 4.8 million shares of the new consolidated company, MaxWorldwide. Mitchell Cannold, president and CEO of MaxWorldwide said the company is now the largest online ad sales and representation operation in the U.S.
