Nancy Frank is joining Landor as executive director of new business development for North America, based in New York. In this newly created role, she will be responsible for enhancing Landor's new business approaches across key industries and services, generating leads and increasing win rates. She reports to Stuart Sproule, president of Landor North America.

The industry veteran joins Landor from FutureBrand, where she was senior director of new business for North America. Previously, she was vice president of Siegel+Gale, where she built its simplification/customer experience practice and worked with a variety of clients including Aetna, Bank of America, Merrill Lynch and Nationwide Insurance.

"Nancy’s proven expertise identifying prospective clients, managing the pitching process, and developing strong relationships with new clients is a welcome addition, and will build on the positive momentum that we are experiencing across the region," stated Sproule.
