United Online, the parent company of e-mail and Internet service providers Net Zero and Juno, and of social networking site Classmates.com, bought digital photo services company PhotoSite Friday
for $10 million cash. Currently, about 3.1 million users access the Internet through Net Zero, which offers both free and paid subscriptions. United Online plans to integrate PhotoSite into
other properties, and also intends to keep it as a stand-alone service, said a company spokesman.
