REVOLVING DOOR: Goodby Silverstein & Partners Names Mike Costello As ACD

Mike Costello joined Goodby Silverstein & Partners as an associate creative director.  Costello joins the agency, following a four-year stint as an associate creative director at Leo Burnett Chicago. While there, Costello worked on Allstate's "DIY Mayhem" social campaign, Firestone's "Pick Up" campaign and the "Van Gogh BnB" effort for the Art Institute of Chicago. The "Van Gogh BnB" campaign led to the museum's highest attendance in 15 years.

Prior to Leo Burnett, Costello spent seven years at Arnold Boston as an art director and an associate creative director, working on ESPN, Carnival Cruise Lines, Celebrity Cruises, Volvo, McDonald's and the "truth" anti-smoking campaign.
