Horizon Media has named SHARON HATCH as its new vice president, director of horizon out-of-home. Hatch will be responsible for overseeing all of Horizon's planning and buying
responsibilities as they relate to out-of-home media. Hatch joins Horizon from MindShare's WOW Factory where she was most recently a senior partner, associate director.
