Mars Sues Smucker Over Pet Pill Product

Mars Inc. has found another company's pill-disguising pet treats hard to swallow. The McLean-based company is suing J.M. Sucker Co. — best known for its Smucker's fruit spreads — alleging the company is infringing on its trademark for Greenies Pill Pockets pet treats with its Milk-Bone Pill Pouches.
