Sean Salter was named creative director at Midnight Oil, reporting to Michelle Azzopardi, executive vice president, creative & agency operations.
Salter began his career as a graphic artist
and illustrator in the Consumer Products division of the Walt Disney Company. Most recently, he served as associate creative director at Eclipse and associate creative director/senior art director at
Trailer Park creative agency.
In addition, Christy Hayes was named account director, reporting to Brandon Gabriel, executive vice president, business development - brand.
Hayes, who
previously worked at M&C Saatchi and McCann Erickson, has more than 10 years of experience in brand marketing, integrated campaigns, and both traditional and digital advertising. She has created
campaigns for UGG for Men featuring Tom Brady, New Mexico Tourism, Honda Powersports and Sony Pictures Entertainment.
