Standing Ovation For Hillary Clinton On Broadway

Former presidential candidate Hillary Clinton has shirked the spotlight since her loss to Donald Trump. On Sunday, Secretary Clinton, President Bill Clinton and their daughter Chelsea attended a matinee showing of "The Color Purple," whereupon entering the theater they received a standing ovation and cheers from the crowd. The scene was very different from when vice-president elect Mike Pence attended "Hamilton" in November and was politely asked from the stage to endorse more social compassion.
