Hyatt Marketing Chief Says Airbnb Not A Threat

Most people who stay at an Airbnb stay for leisure, not for business, and the bulk of Hyatt’s business is built on the business traveler or groups, according to Hyatt’s CMO. These customers need a business center, they want the gym, they want consistency, and that's not the person who's usually staying at an Airbnb.
