REVOLVING DOOR: Joan Creative Hires Two

Joan Creative hired Dominique Ward as director of business operations and Megan Dwyer as strategy lead. Both will be based in New York and report to co-founders Jaime Robinson, chief creative officer and Lisa Clunie, chief executive officer.

Ward is responsible for instituting state-of- the-art business systems, oversee the agency's Diversity Foundation and spearhead client collaborations. She joins the agency from frog, where she spent nearly six years as the lead analyst in business operations and strategy. While there, Ward helped develop global best practices and systems and was responsible for providing analysis, insights and recommendations to the firm's global leadership team. Prior to frog, she worked at Yodle, an advertising startup recently acquired by Web.com.

Dwyer is responsible for overseeing the strategic capabilities of the agency. With more than 10 years experience in branding and advertising, she has worked in large agencies like Saatchi & Saatchi and JWT, as well as several small start ups. Dwyer has worked on brand including P&G, General Mills, Nestle, MillerCoors, Chase Sapphire, JCPenney, Mars and ConAgra.
