The White House usually opens its doors to tourists shortly after a new president takes office.
More than two weeks into Donald Trump’s presidency, the people’s house
still doesn’t let “the people” visit. The First Lady’s chief of staff said that she is working to make sure the Visitors Office is fully staffed before opening The White House
to the public. Hiring has been slow for the office of First Lady Melania Trump, who spends most of her time in New York City.
