Mono is naming Adam Crandall as director of strategy at the agency's Minneapolis office. He will be responsible for leading and expanding the 85-person agency's strategy department. He reports to
founder/managing director Jim Scott.
Crandall replaces Erin Keeley, who was promoted to chief marketing officer. His addition enables Keeley to "completely dedicate her time on driving agency
growth," they say. Mono's San Francisco office, for instance, recently won AOR duties for Stanford Health Care.
He brings more than 15 years of experience, including as Target's communications
strategy director, overseeing brand development, digital innovation, and design partnerships, including Toms and Lilly Pulitzer.
He has also worked at Fallon and TBWA\Chiat\Day, where he led
strategy for brands like Absolut, Heineken, Snickers, Travelers and Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas.
