A judge in Pennsylvania has ruled that a blogger behind BeaverCountian doesn't have
to provide IP addresses or other information that could identify some commenters on the site. The judge found that two commenters served as sources for the blog. Pennsylvania's shield law allows
journalists to protect the identity of confidential sources.
