A lawsuit that claimed Krispy Kreme Doughnuts Inc. misled customers about the nutritional content of its fruit fillings has been voluntarily dismissed. The plaintiff claimed he purchased the
raspberry doughnut in 2015 because raspberries “are a rich source of Vitamin C, Vitamin K, potassium and dietary fiber ... and help fight against cancer, heart and circulatory disease, and
age-related decline.”
