"The New York Times" analyzed President Trump's tweets over two years. The upshot? He excels at branding his enemies. His policies? Not so much. As for promoting his ideas, he saves his energy instead on mocking things. One example: during the campaign his #BuildTheWall tweets resonated; now that he is president, he's all about CNN's #fakenews.
