Old media meets new media as Arena Media Network, a national sports and entertainment media company that runs digital media networks for advertising inside arenas and stadiums, has hired former ABC
Radio executive Jim O'Neal to manage the company's ad sales.
Prior to joining Arena Media Networks, O'Neal was an account executive for ABC Radio, where he was responsible for national
advertising sales for the New England region. He was with ABC for the last seven years, where he worked with national advertisers and agencies.
The move comes as Arena, a seven-month-old
company, is planning to expand its installation of large, high-definition flat-panel displays beyond the seven it currently has.
