DEBRA GOODMAN has joined Horizon Media in the newly created role of vice president, group head in the new business account group. Prior to joining Horizon, Goodman was senior vice president, media director at Carrafiello, Diehl and Associates, where she led the media department. Also at Horizon: REKHA YADAV joined the New York media planning department as a media planner. She comes to Horizon from Mediaedge:cia where she was a media planner on the Colgate and Hills Science Diet account. KAMEKA WAUGH has joined Horizon's New York planning department as an assistant media planner. Waugh comes to Horizon from Saatchi & Saatchi where she was an assistant media buyer. Lastly, NICOLE SCARIANO has been promoted to media planner, elevated from assistant media planner.
