Apple iCloud users had trouble accessing their iCloud email Friday afternoon, Business Insider reports.

The brief outage apparently did not affect iMessage and App Store, Business Insider continues.

Apple’s system status page stated that 1.5% of users were affected.

Down Detector reports a small number of iCloud issues, starting at 12:17 p.m. Users from New York, Minneapolis, San Diego and Florida complained of problems. One wrote: “No email, also can’t sign in via Safari.” Another wrote to say: “having problems signing on to icloud. tells me Mac and iPhone cannot connect to server.

According to Business Insider, Apple’s system status page showed 19 resolved issues, mostly involving services such as Find My iPhone, Mail, and Calendar. Business Insider reporters were able to log in from New York.
