Conde Nast Taps Scott Saperstein As VP, Video Sales

Yesterday, Condé Nast announced the appointment of Scott Saperstein to vice president of video sales for the company.

Formerly vice president of new business development and client strategy at Viacom, Saperstein will oversee enterprise digital video sales for the company’s portfolio of iconic brands, including VogueVanity Fair and Glamour, beginning immediately.

He will report to Evan Adlman, senior vice president of enterprise sales.

Saperstein has more than 20 years experience in media sales, development and market development, having previously held senior positions at Microsoft/MSN and Phase2Media.

Pamela Drucker Mann, Chief Revenue and Marketing Officer for Condé Nast, stated his “experience and nimbleness will be a tremendous advantage for us as we connect our advertising partners to new audiences on new platforms in the most innovative ways.”

Saperstein will oversee Condé Nast’s video network, which includes 20 fully programmed exclusive channels across O&Os, OTT, YouTube, and other social and syndication platforms. In 2017, the videos earned 12 billion views.

The company attracts more than 120 million consumers across its nearly two dozen brands. In 2011, it launched Condé Nast Entertainment, a next-generation studio and distribution network, to develop film, television, and digital video programming.
