The Anti-Spyware Coaltion, a group that includes Internet service providers, advocacy groups and software vendors, Tuesday issued draft definitions of spyware and other "potentially unwanted
technologies." The organizations is accepting public comment on the document, "Spyware Definitions and Supporting Documents," through Aug. 12.
