Cirrus Insight Appoints Niemann As CEO

Cirrus Insight, provider of a sales enablement platform for Gmail and Outlook offers, has named Ryan Niemann as chief executive officer.

Niemann succeeds Ryan Huff, who has served as CEO since the company’s founding in 2011.

In his most recent post, Niemann was president of Binary Tree, leading teams throughout the U.S., Europe and Asia-Pacific. He also was responsible for a client portfolio at Avanade.

Niemann will be charged with driving the next phase of growth at Cirrus Insight, states Chris Joseph, managing partner at investor Clovis Point Capital.

Cirrus Insight recently added Attach.io to its menu of productivity tools to help marketers track emails and attachments. The platform can determine when an attachment is opened and who opened it, the company says.

The company helps clients with email tracking, email templates, drip campaigns, follow-up reminders, meeting scheduling, attachment tracking and Salesforce integration.

Cirrus Insight large brands such as Shopify, New Corp. and the Girl Scouts, and by sales professionals and freelancers.
