R/GA has named BARBARA CANNING BROWN as director of analytics/CRMand JUDY OPPENHEIM as director of research. Canning Brown joins R/GA after five years within Interpublic (IPG) sister agencies FCB/ANALYTICi, Draft, and The Sloan Group. Prior to joining R/GA, Oppenheim was vice president, the Corporate Internet Group at JPMorgan (JPM) Chase where she was responsible for satisfaction studies, competitive intelligence, custom research, and trend analysis.
