Wegmans is prepping the 74,000-square-foot store slated to anchor the $140 million redevelopment of the Admirals Row site in the Brooklyn Navy Yard. The grocery store chain announced the project in
May 2015. It will feature a second-floor mezzanine with 100 seats for the in-store café along with a bar that serves food, wine, beer and spirits. Besides the Wegmans, the development will
