If undeclared Democratic Presidential primary frontrunner Joe Biden doesn’t run, the biggest gainer would be Bernie Sanders, according to new polling released this morning by Morning Consult.

Sanders would pick up 12 percentage points, soaring to 39% of registered Democratic voters, according to findings of the poll conducted April 8-14.

The next biggest gainers would be Kamala Harris (+3 points), Beto O’Rourke (+3), Elizabeth Warren (+3), Pete Buttigieg (+2), Cory Booker (+2), Amy Klobuchar (+1), Kirsten Gillibrand (+1), Tim Ryan (+1) and Terry McAuliffe (+1).

The new tracking data also shows that Buttigieg continues to gather momentum, especially among high-income donors -- ranking third in support among Democratic voters earning $100,000+, behind Sanders and O’Rourke.
