Adware company WhenU Monday named Advertising.com alumni Ken Evans as executive vice president of sales. Evans, who served as executive vice president, sales and marketing for Advertising.com from
2002 to 2003, will head WhenU's efforts to convince leading online marketers to advertise via WhenU pop-ups. "We want to focus the sales force on reaching out to the top 200 spenders online," CEO Bill
Day said. Currently, about two dozen of those companies are WhenU clients.
