GM Planworks, a division of Starcom MediaVest Group and the media planning, buying and research unit dedicated to General Motors (GM), named MIKE ROSEN its chief investment officer. JENNIFER SHAW will also join the agency as senior vice president/managing director of the Video Investment Group. Rosen joins the agency from GM Mediaworks, having served as senior vice president/manager. Shaw also joins the company from GM Mediaworks, where she was responsible for all aspects of GM’s network and cable sports activity as senior vice president/manager.
