Changing circumstances require new approaches to communication, the firm says.

For instance, the number of people now social distancing and working will make IP address resolution less accurate, the company contends. This is because the observed address may be dynamic, residential and unlisted, it adds.

Instead of relying on IP address resolution or third-party cookies,’s technology crawls the web and identifies content that matches the algorithm for each client, the company says.

Public engagement with content is observed and reported, but no IP address data is used.

Firms subscribing to data can tailor it for ABM, target accounts, current customers and specific products, the company says.
