Libra Association just named Stuart Levy, Chief Legal Officer of HSBC, as its first chief executive officer, Reuters reports. As Reuters reminds us, the association is managing the Facebook-led effort
to develop a global digital currency named Libra. “Libra, which had planned to launch by the end of June, now aims to do so between mid-November and the end of the year.”
