Ad Age reports that while Yahoo!'s deal with
The Week is part of its push to produce more content, analysts aren't so sure of the financial rewards. Monday, the Web giant announced a
deal in which popular print news aggregator
The Week will produce "The Best of Today's Business," a daily roundup of business news aimed at C-level execs that will appear on the Yahoo! Finance
page. Yahoo! has recently hired writers to produce original content, but this will be its first deal with a news publisher to produce Yahoo!-specific content. Analysts mull how profitable the deal
will turn out be for Yahoo!; it could actually turn out to be of greater benefit to
The Week.
