Kellogg's Pulls Cereal Ad After CARU Ruling

Marketers of kids' products should take note of a recent decision by Kellogg's to discontinue a print ad for several of its cereal brands. The marketer's decision came after the Children's Advertising Review Unit (CARU) complained, saying that the ad put more emphasis on a promotion for an online Disney game that was tied to the brands than it did on the actual products.
