New York City public transit riders are accustomed to seeing themed subway cars painted inside and out with logos and promotional messages from a single sponsor. But airplanes? In a deal that literally takes vehicular sponsorship to new levels, Southwest Airlines is introducing a plane dubbed "Slam Dunk One" that is effectively a huge, flying ad for the National Basketball Association.
