Mike Mandelker, executive vp of network sales of UPN, has left the company, according to a spokesman at sister network CBS. Mandelker has left to join Fox News Channel as vp of eastern sales. He
replaces Kevin Brown, who has left Fox News. Mandelker will report to Senior Vice President of Ad Sales Paul Rittenberg.
