FueledLoop Acquires 'Pregnancy & Newborn' Magazine, Builds On Its Maternity Market

Digital agency FueledLoop LLC has acquired Pregnancy & Newborn (P&N) magazine, an online community focused on pregnancy and motherhood. Terms were not disclosed.

Since 2006, P&N has provided new mothers with content including pregnancy education, child development information, baby gear reviews and birth stories.

The title now joins a range of products for new mothers at FueledLoop parent Aeroflow Healthcare.

"While FueledLoop will certainly operate P&N independently, the acquisition fits in perfectly with Aeroflow's larger mission and upcoming slate of digital offerings,” states Casey Hite, CEO of Aeroflow Healthcare.

"P&N represents yet another tool we can use to reach moms directly with reliable, trustworthy health information and services in a crowded online space," Hite adds.

"P&N has long supported moms as a dependable digital parenting resource, with award-winning content created by health professionals, experts, and new moms and dads" adds Josh Lucas, managing director of FueledLoop. "We saw an opportunity to build upon their well established history of advocating for moms, and we were happy to take it."

Aeroflow Healthcare focuses on the breastfeeding and maternity markets. It seeks to improve health outcomes for new and expectant mothers, while seeking to protect the rights of breastfeeding women, locally and nationally.

In addition, Aeroflow has sought to provide access to medical products and digital health resources.

The company provides the tools needed by smaller organizations to improve their scale and overall quality of patient care.

FueledLoop has worked on campaigns for Abbott Labs, Meade Johnson, Amazon, Target, Wal-Mart, Perrigo, Kimberly Clark, P&G, Gerber and other Fortune 1,000 clients.
