Salesforce Launches Content Streaming Service: Salesforce+

CRM provider Salesforce has unveiled a streaming service featuring content for all industries and businesses. 

The new service, Salesforce+, includes live experiences, original series, podcasts and other types of programming that viewers can customize, Salesforce says. 

“Just as brands like Disney, Netflix and Peloton have done with streaming services for consumers, Salesforce+ is providing an always-on, business-media platform that builds trusted relationships with customers and a sense of belonging for the business community,” states Sarah Franklin, president-CMO for Salesforce. 

Salesforce Studios and its growing team of writers, editors and producers has created the core content for Salesforce+.

The current Salesforce+ streaming lineup includes:

  • Leading Through Change—A weekly program on how business leaders are dealing with the pandemic, launched in March 2020.  
  • Connections—Franklin interviews marketers from such companies as IBM, Levi’s and GoFundMe.

  • Boss Talks—A career advice series hosted by Ebony Beckwith, Chief Philanthropy Officer for Salesforce.  

  • Simply PutA short-form video series on business problems hosted by Emmanuel Acho.  

  • Salesforce+ will be available to a global audience as the company’s Dreamforce arrives in September. 

“Over the last 18 months, we’ve had to reimagine how to succeed in the new digital-first world,” Franklin adds. “We reimagined our events, shifting them to all-digital brand experiences and introduced new, relevant, original content.”
