Forbes has enhanced its 7,500 square-foot event space, Forbes On Fifth, in a bid to provide users with “an opportunity to connect in a safe, smart way – whether through an in-person gathering or using the space to capture an event that can be streamed online or a mix of both,” states Sherry Phillips, CMO, Forbes.
The Manhattan facility has been outfitted with a new content set, programming stage and a multi-camera video control system in an effort to allow hybrid events, the company says.
In addition, Forbes has unveiled the “Malcolm Forbes Studio,” a studio space designed for producing premium photography and video for all of Forbes’ platforms.
Also, Forbes plans to resume in-person events at Forbes on Fifth starting this fall. These will include the first Forbes 50 Over 50 event, conducted in partnership with Mika Brzezinski and her Know Your Value platform.
In-person event participants must be fully vaccinated at least 14 days prior to the event date. The ForbesLive team is monitoring guidance from the CDC and local authorities.
In the five years since its launch, Forbes on Fifth has hosted numerous summits, dinners, parties and custom events. Most events at the space are presented by brands that do business and advertise with Forbes.Forbes On Fifth is located at 24 Fifth Ave.
