The Journal of Financial Advertising & Marketing Wednesday announced plans for an awards program for strategic excellence in media planning for financial services. The JFAM Media Strategy Awards
presentation will take place Jan. 26, 2006 in the SoHo district of Manhattan. The awards will honor media strategies and campaigns in nine categories: retail banking, credit cards, individual
investment, consumer insurance, investment banking, institutional investment, business insurance, corporate and branding. In addition, awards will be given for the best global financial media strategy
and best of show. Entry deadline is Jan. 2, 2006. -- Joe Mandese
