E-zine and newsletter firm Penn Media Wednesday announced that it will be spinning off its video portal, EVTV1.com, into a separate company. The new firm will own the video network, as well as Penn's
video syndication platform, Vidsense, which allows Web publishers to stream EVTV1's content to their own sites.
