
Endeavor Business Media this week announced the acquisition of
the transportation-and-water-media portfolio of Scranton Gillette Communications, including Construction Equipment, Roads & Bridges, Storm Water Solutions, Water Quality
Products, and Water and Wastes Digest.
These brands, Endeavor said in a press release, will strengthen the company’s position as a market leader in the
transportation, water and wastewater industries and expand its audience reach and customer offerings in these key markets.
Collectively, the water brands serve more than 163,000 print and
digital readers and Construction Equipment and Roads & Bridges reach 178,000 readers.
The M&A firm Corporate Solutions, based in Westport, Connecticut, was
the exclusive advisor to Scranton Gillette Communications in arranging, structuring and negotiating this transaction.

It’s the second acquisition for Endeavor this month alone, and its
fifth of 2022. On April 4, the company announced the acquisition of Construction Business Media, publisher of Architectural Products and Architectural SSL magazines.
Endeavor, based in Nashville, Tennessee, was formed in late 2017 to acquire and operate trade publications, websites, events and marketing solutions. Today the company is one of the largest B2B
media companies in the U.S., with more than 550 employees and a monthly audience of nearly 9 million readers.
