WPP Group's Grey Global Group and the Interpublic Group of Companies Friday said they resolved their dispute over the hiring of Steve Centrillo, a former Grey executive, who was named CEO of IPG
agency Foote Cone & Belding's New York office in August. Grey had filed a suit in the matter against IPG on September 21, 2005, in State Supreme Court. IPG and FCB agreed that they would honor the
terms of Steve Blamer's employment contract with Grey, where Blamer had been CEO of Grey Worldwide North America until June 15, 2005. In conjunction with the settlement, no money changed hands and all
allegations were withdrawn. All other terms were not disclosed.
