Kellogg Co. has revealed who will head its North America cereal business after the food giant splits its plant-based-foods business, snacks business and portfolio of cereal brands into three different
companies. Gary Pilnick, vice chairman, corporate development and chief legal officer, will serve as chief executive officer of the cereal company following the split, which is on track to be
completed by the end of 2023.
