'Washington Post' Names Alexa Juliana Ard Video Editor For Well+Being

Alexa Juliana Ard has been promoted to the new title of videographer/producer/editor for The Washington Post’s Well+Being. 

Art will collaborate on the visual presentation of the Post’s personal health journalism, developing stories and producing, shooting and editing video for multiple platforms. 

Previously, Ard served for three years as a video editor working with the Post’s Foreign Desk. 

There she nearly every major international story, including the deadly explosion in Beirut, the global response to covid-19, the war in Ukraine and the death of Queen Elizabeth II.

Art has also produced vertical video, detailing the assassination of Shinzo Abe and resignation of Boris Johnson.  

Well+Being is a new section on personal wellness. The Post this week unveiled an ad buy in New York City’s Times Square, featuring thught bubbles of questions people have about health.
