
AIM Media Midwest LLC has acquired the publishing assets
of Bryan Publishing Company and Napoleon Inc., including the daily newspapers The Bryan Times and Northwest Signal, titles serving Northwest Ohio. Terms were not
disclosed.
Included are the digital sites www.bryantimes.com and www.northwestsignal.net.
All Bryan employees have been hired by AIM, and operations will continue to be directed by Sally Heaston, current
president, who is being promoted to publisher, according to The Republic, an AIM publication.
“These publications have long been respected and admired across
the State of Ohio and they remain closely connected and affiliated with their respective, local communities,” said Jeremy L. Halbreich, chairman and CEO of AIM Media
Management.

“The newspaper business in Bryan and Napoleon has been good to my family, but I have realized in the last three years that it is time for me to exit the
business,” states former publisher Christopher Cullis. I believe AIM Media, under Jeremy Halbreich and his team, will do a good job of representing our communities now and in the
future.”
