For the second consecutive year, MSN will Webcast New Year's Eve festivities in Times Square. The live streams, which will start at 7 p.m., will include performances by The Woggles, The Charms, The
Chesterfield Kings, The Troggs, The Mooney Suzuki, and The New York Dolls. Last New Year's Eve, viewers spent an average of 45 minutes watching coverage on MSN Video, said Rob Bennett, product unit
manager for MSN Video, TV and Movies, in a statement.
