Dow Jones & Company has named RICHARD F. ZANNINO chief executive officer, elevated from executive vice president and chief operating officer. As chief executive officer, he
will oversee all of the Company’s business units and staff departments and will report to the Dow Jones board of directors. PETER R. KANN, the Company’s chairman and chief executive
officer since 1991, will continue as chairman until 2007.
